Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for standard amounts via GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day depending on the receiving institution. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. jll7 may request identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above ₱50,000.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for deposits, or to a verified account in your registered name. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and protect your funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
jll7 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all jll7 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

- Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

9. Disputes and Complaints
